In accordance with Alabama Code Section 16-46-1 through 10, the State of Alabama Department of Education requires this $2,500 bond. This bond ensures indemnification to any student suffering loss as a result of a breach of contract, fraud, or misrepresentation used in procuring enrollment in and/or administering a course of study, or for any violation of any obligation due a student. The premium on this bond is typically as little as $100 with the submission of a completed application.
