Professional fundraisers are businesses that solicit contributions on behalf of charitable organizations for compensation or other consideration. In accordance with Sections 13A-9-70 through 76 of the Code of Alabama, this bond is required by the State of Alabama Office of the Attorney General. The required bond amount is $10,000 and the bond helps ensure that contributions are spent in the appropriate manner.
