The Arizona Manufactured Home / RV Dealer Bond is required by the Arizona Department of Building and Fire Safety and is in compliance with A.R.S. Articles 1,2,3,4,5, Chapter 16, Title 41. The bond must be filed by dealers, who are persons or entities who sell, exchange, buy, offer or attempt to negotiate or act as an agent. For the sale of/or exchange factory-built buildings, sub-assemblies, manufactured homes or mobile homes except as exempted in the Arizona statutes.
This bond is required for companies that sell new and used manufactured homes. The amount of the bond is $25,000.

- Certificate of Qualifying Party – the qualifying party must reside within the state of the principal place of the licensee’s business.
- Corporate and limited liability company requirements. As well as copy of Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization. For foreign corporations, thy must apply with the Arizona Corporation Commission for a Certificate of Authority to Transact Business in the state.
- Comply with the trust or escrow requirements.
