installers/contractors.

For a General Installer, the bond is $2,500 For Installer of Accessory Structures Attached to Manufactured Homes, the bond amount is $1,000. While a Master Installer of Manufactured Homes, Mobile Homes or Residential, Single, Family of Factory Built Buildings must file a surety bond that is worth $5,000.
