The Arizona Private Post-Secondary Education Bond is required by the Arizona State Board for Private Post-Secondary Education under Arizona Revised Statutes. Title 32, Chapter 30 to ensure that the school will refrain from injuring or damaging any person by reason of any unlawful act, including any breach of contract, and any failure by the school to comply with the law and refrain from injuring or damaging any person. The minimum amount of the surety bond is $15,000.
