This bond is required by the State of Arkansas, Board of Private Career Education under Arkansas Code Annotated Section 6-51-601 et. al., and has a varying required bond amount. It provides indemnification to any student or enrollee who suffers loss or damage as a result of a violation of a provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation of the Board by the school or its officers, the failure of the school to satisfy all agreements with the student, student’s parent, or student’s guardian, or an admissions representative’s misrepresentation in procuring the student’s enrollment.
