Oregon Licensee’s Surety Bond

This surety bond is required by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission under the provisions of the Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 747. The bond states that the bond holder, or Principal, shall pay all license fees, privilege, taxes on alcoholic liquors under the provisions of the Oregon Liquor Control Act. The required bond amount is $1,000. The premium on this bond is usually as little as $100.
