South Carolina Contract Security License Bond

This bond is required by the State of South Carolina, Securities Commissioners under Section 40-18-50(B), S.C. Code of Laws. The bond states that the bond holder will perform the duties of their position required by the law. The required bond amount is $10,000. The premium on this bond is generally as low as 1%.
