South Carolina Polygraph Examiner’s Bond

This surety bond is required by the State of South Carolina Law Enforcement Division under the provisions of Act 1487 of the 1972 Acts of the General Assembly of South Carolina. The bond states that the bond holder, or Principal, shall account of any loss or liability arising during the term of the license. The required bond amount is $5,000. In most cases, the premium on this bond is as little as $100 for a year.
