South Dakota School Solicitors Surety Bond

This surety bond is required by the State of South Dakota, Department of Public Instruction under the provisions of Chapter 49, Session Laws of 1966. This bond states that the bond holder should ensure that all contracts and agreements with students by the solicitor are completed and that no fraud or misrepresentation is used in procuring the enrollment of any pupil. The required bond amount is $1,000. The premium on this bond is generally as little as $100.
