This surety bond is required by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission under the TABC Code, Chapter 201. The bond states that the bondholder shall faithfully account for and pay to the State of Texas all permit fees, service fees, taxes, and penalties levied by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code. Need to know type of permit: Brewer’s Permit, Wholesaler’s Permit, General Class B, Wholesaler’s Permit, Local Class B Wholesaler’s Permit, Wine Bottler’s Permit, Winery Permit, or the Out-of-State Winery Direct Shipper’s Permit.
