This surety bond is required by the State of Montana under Section 25-1-1111 and 25-1-1112, MCA. The bond is in compliance with all laws governing service of process in the State of Montana and the requirements of Title 37, Chapter 60. The required bond amount is $10,000 for an individual and $100,000 for a firm. In most cases, the premium on this bond is as little as $100.
