What is the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Transportation Bond?
The Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Transportation Bond is required by the Arkansas ABC Administration, Section 2.36 of the ABC Rules and 
Regulations of Arkansas. Only retail liquor stores that have gotten a Federal Basic Wholesaler’s Permit from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau will be designated as a private club distributor. The transportation permit may be obtained annually, and will only be given when a surety bond has been filed.
The bond ensures that if the transportation permit holder violates or fails to comply with any regulations or laws pertaining to the control of alcoholic beverages in the State of Arkansas.
